About the hotel
The hotel is delightfully situated on the Esplanade with views across Oban Bay to the hills of Mull. The Oban Bay has a sun lounge which stretches the length of the hotel affording guests spectacular views.
The Oban Bay Hotel is located on the edge of Dunollie Wood and the Esplanade overlooking Oban Bay and the Firth of Lorne.
Originally a large private house, the hotel has been tastefully extended to include spacious and modern bedrooms, an open plan foyer, lounge and bar.

Cancellations
- In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

On the A85 East to Connel Bridge join A828 main road North. In Oban follow the one way system past the pier on the left and take a left turn towards Dunollie Castle. The hotel is past the theatre on the right.
